CNC Laser Cutting

Laser Cutting, in particular Fiber Laser Cutting is the newest technology available today. Fiber Laser expands the capabilities of traditional CO2 lasers by being able to cut highly reflective materials that are very hard to cut with CO2 Lasers. Also, Fiber lasers vastly improved the cutting speeds for thin material and has since brought the same to thicker materials with cutting edges comparable to CO2 lasers.

We have two in-house top of the line fiber lasers, one by Salvagnini L5 with 3KW power and our latest machine is the TRUMPF 5030 Fiber with 6KW power.

Our Machine

The latest and revolutionary technology available today for sheet metal cutting is the Fiber Laser. It is fast and cheaper to run than CO2 Lasers. CNC Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet cutting uses high pressure water upto 60,000psi along with garnet to cut virtually any material you can fit on the cutting table. It excels in providing very good edge quality as well as minimizing or eliminating heat affected zone on critical parts since there is no heat involved in the cutting process.

Our machine are two of the top models available from Flow Waterjet. One has a 5-axis 3D cutting capability which makes it possible to cut angles or beveled edges as well as keeping taper controlled. The second machine is also a 5-axis machine but functions as taper control which eliminates taper cutting found on low end waterjet machines. Without taper control, all cuts in a waterjet machine will have angled edges, which will not be good for precision parts most specially for thick materials where you can see the cutting edges are all tapered / angled.

Using high pressure water with the aid of Abrasive Garnet it can cut virtually any material from the hardest to the softest. CNC Plasma Cutting

Plasma Cutting is one cheaper alternative to Waterjet and Laser Cutting where precision is still important but edge quality is second. The combination of Electrode excites the fusion of Air and Oxygen that creates a Plasma Arc, which has intense temperature that melts materials away and makes cutting possible.

We have a High definition plasma by Hypertherm that makes it possible to cut very smooth edges most comparable to laser cutting. The only advantage is it cuts faster on thick materials as well as cutting it at a cheaper cost.

Our Machine

One of the premiere and older technologies used in cutting materials is Plasma Cutting. Although it has remained as a forefront technology, it has improved considerably through the years. Our machine is a high definition plasma, one of the newer technologies available for plasma machines that can cut as clean as a laser machine.

CNC Oxy-Fuel Cutting

Oxy Fuel cutting is one of the oldest and simplest forms of cutting using oxygen and LPG, we are able to create an intense high temperature combustion able to sever materials upto even 300mm thick.

This technology is normally use for ordinary usage of parts or materials with little to no precision requirements, normally for structural use where grinding and welding process will also be needed.

Our capacity is endless for this technology, shapes and sizes can be cut virtually as long as its steel.


CNC Press Brake Bending

Press Brake Bending is the act of forming / manipulating steel sheets into shapes, angles and any design. Press brakes use high pressure hydraulic and special tools which enables us to bend steel with precision and repeatability by using CNC Controls of the machine.

We have two CNC press brake machines by Baykal with 120tons and 220tons press capacity with advance controls by Cybelec. With the correct tools and knowledge, bends are endless.


CNC Sheet Metal Shearing

Metal Shearing is cold process cutting which involves steel blades severing steel by hydraulic force. It is the most simple cutting process, cost wise and speed. It is however limited to straight line cutting, therefore intricate or precision parts and designs cannot use just shear cutting.

Our CNC Shears have capacity of upto 13mm x 3000mm length.


CNC Laser Marking

Laser marking or engraving involves intense laser beam heating the surface of metals which then alters the surface characteristics thereby creating a burnt surface more commonly black in color. Although we can get multiple colors by marking stainless steel by heating the material at different temperature and laser frequency.

Our inhouse laser marking is a Trumpf Trumark1000 with 10W laser Power. It is just enough to mark the surface of materials with marking area of 110mm x 110mm.


Fastener Insertion

Fasteners are self clinching inserts pressed into thin materials to aide in mounting, securing, fastening certain parts, plates, pc boards, or any other materials that needs to be joined together in a certain way. Usually for electronics equipment where welding is not a option, this gives the capacity to fasten and bring parts together.

Our Fastener is by PennEngineering, a PEMSERTER Pneumatic Press with 6tons of press power capacity.
